Meghann Fahy’s Wellness Routine: From Eggplant Parm to Mindful Mornings

You probably know Meghann Fahy best as Daphne from The White Lotus season 2. Remember that intense beach scene in the finale with Ethan? Just thirty seconds, but every flicker of emotion on her face told a full story. That moment? Pure acting magic.

But pulling off a performance like that doesn’t come easy. Meghann knows the importance of taking care of both body and mind. She recently sat down with Women’s Health US to talk about her favorite ways to stay balanced and healthy—whether she’s on set or just living life.

Water is her ride-or-die wellness habit

Meghann swears by hydration. Simple, but key.

She says water is what keeps her going on long filming days. “Water is the main thing that I really need when I’m working,” she told Women’s Health. It helps her energy stay up, and her focus sharp.

Lately, she’s been adding Sakara’s Detox Water Drops to her routine. Her makeup artist recommended them. They’re tasteless, but packed with chlorophyll. Supposedly, they help detox the body and support circulation. Meghann’s giving them a go. “It’s just a fun little thing I’ve been trying,” she says.

She loves to move outdoors

Meghann’s ideal morning? Getting up and getting out.

She likes to start the day with movement. Sometimes that’s a walk. Sometimes it’s a hike. Whatever gets her body moving and her mind clear.

“It just kind of sets the tone,” she says. And it helps with her anxiety too.

Her go-to workout gear comes from Set Active. “Really soft and cozy,” she says. Plus, the colors are cute. And when it’s time to run? It’s all about her Hokas. “So comfy and supportive,” she adds.

She lifts heavy and works hard with her trainer

Meghann’s not afraid to push herself.

She trains in Los Angeles with a personal trainer two to three times a week—when her schedule allows. Those workouts? Serious strength training.

Squats are a staple. Lots of squats. For Meghann, strength is the goal. “As a woman, it’s so nice to feel like you’re getting stronger,” she says.

Having a trainer also keeps her focused. “It’s helpful to have someone tell me what to do,” she laughs. Very relatable.

SPF and allergy spray are her morning musts

With all that time outside, Meghann never skips sunscreen.

Every morning starts with Paula’s Choice Defense Essential Glow Moisturizer. “It makes my skin really glowy,” she says. And since it’s unscented, it works great with her sensitive skin.

She’s also dealt with allergies for years. Now she uses Astepro nasal spray daily. It’s part of her regular routine, especially when she’s spending time outdoors. “It’s something I’ve struggled with for many years,” she shares.

Her workouts go wherever she does

Travel doesn’t throw off Meghann’s fitness.

She uses the Sweat app to stay on track. “It’s just a nice template for anybody who feels maybe overwhelmed in a gym,” she says.

She’s used it for years—even while filming The Bold Type.

Still, she listens to her body. She’s not about pushing through if she’s feeling run down. “If your body wants to rest, then rest,” she says. You won’t get much out of a workout if you’re not really into it.

Her mental health comes first

Therapy is a big part of Meghann’s routine.

“It’s been pretty life-changing for me,” she says. She also journals and meditates often. In fact, she starts most days with a 10-minute meditation using the Calm app.

“You really only need a few minutes,” she says. “It just reminds you to breathe.” And that tiny pause makes a huge difference.

Italy workouts? A little more relaxed

While filming The White Lotus in Sicily, Meghann tried to keep a solid routine. Treadmill runs, weight training, cardio. She was pretty consistent—at first.

But as the months went by, things changed. The weather warmed up. Friends visited. The restaurants opened. Gym time turned into gelato time.

“In Italy, all bets were off,” she laughs.

She didn’t sweat it. She just enjoyed the ride. That included eggplant parm for breakfast. Bread. Pasta. Sunshine. “We were just having too much fun,” she says.

Her approach to wellness is real, not rigid

Meghann’s not about perfection. She just wants to feel good, stay strong, and be kind to her body.

Whether it’s a long walk, a deep breath, or a plate of pasta in Sicily—she’s finding balance one step at a time.

And honestly? That sounds pretty perfect.
